Our Purpose

Equipping Pasifika Youth with the knowledge
and resources they need for better-informed,
well-being and sexual health decisions.

Strategic Plan 2022 - 2027

Now at the midpoint of our five-year journey, Village Collective continues to deliver on our vision of empowering Pasifika youth and their families to achieve their wellbeing aspirations. Guided by our values of Tino Rangatiratanga, Alofa, Vanua, Fakamalie, Faka'apa'apa and Pukenga, we focus on amplifying youth voices, fostering strong partnerships, and providing culturally safe, inclusive, and innovative services.

Our objectives remain clear - to sustain meaningful impact, strengthen community connections, and ensure Pasifika young people and their families feel respected, safe, and supported.

Mission Statement

Village Collective equips Pasifika youth with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make informed decisions about their wellbeing and sexual health. By empowering young people, we spark meaningful conversations within homes, fostering intergenerational sharing where youth and adults learn from each other - strengthening families, culture, and community.
